The Organisation Committee of the 6th World Masters suggests you to make a reservation in a hotel or guesthouse close to the area of the contest, for the period from September 21st to 25th 2006. The athletes and accompanying persons who make a reservation for accommodation via our intermediary will benefit a special price. A certain number of hotel rooms at different prices and of various categories have been reserved. Your hotel booking will be registered after you have filled out the following form.

(Please read the following information carefully before sending your reservation.)

Conditions:
No firm reservation can be taken into consideration if it is not followed by the payment of a deposit. Upon receipt of the payment, the Organiser will forward you an accommodation voucher with the name and address of the hotel. The deposit will be deducted from your invoice at the end of your stay. The remaining will have to be paid directly to the hotel. The prices are meant per night, per person, including breakfast, taxes and service.

Hotel deposit:
In order to grant the reservation, we ask for a deposit of 20 EUR per night and per person.

Cancellation:
Only written requests for cancellation, carried out by letter, fax or e-mail and received by the Organizer before September 15th, 2006 will allow the refunding of the paid deposits, bank charges deducted. After September 15th, 2006, no refunding will be carried out.

Remark:
For the comfort of the athletes and accompanying persons, the places of accommodation chosen are located close to the place of Departure/Arrival of the race.
